At Growhaus we primarily rent studio and one bedroom flats to provide supported accommodation to young care leavers who have proven themselves responsible enough to look after their own flat. For 2 bedroom properties and larger we work with a select group of local authorities to help place vetted housing association tenants.

Yes, that's right! We will be taking care of your property making sure it's well maintained. Property inspections will be FREE of charge as we will be monitoring the young adults and mentoring them on their journey.
For our supported accommodation, one of our team members will be inspecting your property once a week. For our housing association tenants our property management department will be conducting quarterly or 6 monthly inspections (depending on your preference)
GROWHaus is renting the property directly from you.
Our letting and property management department has over 18 years of combined experience, ensuring that we provide a service of the highest standard.

It is important to understand that the person living in the flat is the occupant not the tenant. Growhaus is fully responsible for the rent which is paid by Standing Order every month and there will NEVER be a problem with rental payments.

There is absolutely no communication between the occupant of the property and the Agent / Landlord with us dealing with all maintenance issues.
​
We also ensure the property is returned at the end of the tenancy in good order.
